This page (together with any other policies referenced on it) specify the terms and conditions on which Blooming Oils (“we”, “us”, “our”) will supply any of the products listed on our website at www.bloomingcbd.co.uk to you. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are doing so subject to these terms and conditions. You will be asked to accept these terms and conditions whenever you place an order; should you decide not to do so, you will not be able to order any products from us.
The placing of an order represents an offer by you to buy selected items subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject this offer at our discretion. No contract is formed between us and you until we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation stating that your order has moved to the “Processing” status. This indicates that we have confirmed availability of the ordered items and verified payment details provided. The contract is concluded when we send an email indicating that your order status has changed to “Completed”.
Your order has a Status. Order statuses let you know how far along the order is, starting with Pending and ending with Completed. The following order statuses are used:
Pending payment – this is the initial status for all orders. It confirms that we have received your order. Payment has not yet been taken.
Processing – this indicates that we have successfully taken payment for your order and are preparing the goods for dispatch.
Completed – your items are on their way. Any relevant details (such as a courier tracking number), will be included in your shipment email. However, different statuses may apply to some orders, if for example there is a stock problem or based on the payment method.
On-Hold – Awaiting payment. If you chose to pay by cheque, this will be the initial status of your order while we are waiting to receive the cheque. Once it is received and cashed, your order will then go through the normal three statuses above.
Failed – Your payment failed or was declined (unpaid).
Cancelled – your order has been cancelled, but no payment has been taken. Any details will be shown in your order notes.
Refunded – your order has been cancelled and you’ve received a full refund. Any details will be shown in your order notes.
Occasionally, technical issues may result in you not receiving emails alerting you of the progress of your order. If this appears to be the case, please contact us and we will attempt to help you resolve the issue. However, in addition to email, your order status history can always be viewed by logging into your account via our website.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can do so at no cost provided that your order has not been marked as “Completed”.
Prices & Payment
Except in cases of obvious error, all prices will be as quoted on our website. These prices are subject to change at any time, but any such changes will not affect the price of orders where we have already sent the customer a confirmation email.
When you submit an order, you will be notified of any additional charges including shipping and handling.
We use Paytriot to handle online payments, which accepts all major credit/debit cards. If you have a bank account you can also pay using an instant bank transfer, but it is not necessary to have an electronic transfer facility with your bank account to place an order.
We can also accept cheques (drawn from a UK bank account only) for orders over £50. However, please note that the cheque must clear before any items are dispatched. This can take up to five working days.
Items will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared funds. We will include information about the delivery in the email confirming shipment, including the courier used, estimated delivery date, and, if applicable, a tracking number.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers in the UK or Overseas. We use Post Office parcel Services as well as independent carriers.

You should examine all items in your order carefully. In the event any item is incorrect, missing, or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can suggest an appropriate solution. This may include a refund of the price paid or a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return items that you may be dissatisfied with up to seven working days after you have received them and receive a full refund. You will be responsible for payment of any applicable carriage costs incurred in the returning the item(s) to us, except in cases where you have received the wrong item(s) due to an error on our part. Items must be returned in their original condition and be undamaged. In the event that you wish to do this, please contact us.
We will issue you with a Returns ID which should be printed off and included with your returned item(s) or written on their packaging. This enables us to promptly process your return when we receive it.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, or your right to cancel an order.
Errors and Omissions
We work hard to ensure accuracy with all prices and descriptions provided on our website. However, in the rare event that an error or omission occurs, you will be entitled to pay the difference between the correct price and the quoted price. If you do not wish to do this, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund of any payments made. Our liability in the event of an error or omission will be limited to any money you have paid in respect of the order.

General Terms & Conditions
All orders received by Blooming CBD are subject to these terms and conditions. Any variation of the terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Blooming CBD.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then to the extent which that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions. This clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable
